Standard Warranty and Refund Policy

Please notify us of any return or refund requests within 7 days upon receiving your order. For example, if the order is delivered/received on January 1, you have until January 7 to inform us of your request. 

We do not replace or refund items that are received in good condition. We only replace items if they are DOA (dead unit on arrival.) In this case, shipping of the replacement unit as well as the pick up of the defective unit will be shouldered by us.  

Shipping costs to our showroom/service center is to be shouldered by the customer. Most concerns can be resolved without having to bring the unit to the service center, as common concerns can be fixed with a replacement part, or with proper guidance regarding proper assembly and usage of the product. In this case, it is best to send us a message on our official Facebook page first, or through our mobile number, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Our Standard Warranty Policy for all our products is 2 years for the parts and service, and 5 years on the motor provided items are used as described.

Warranty is void if for example our indicated household units are used for commercial purposes.

Customer misuse and neglect is not covered under the warranty claims.
